The reception is located at the ski school Bramberg, located in the building of the Smaragdbahn . Here you can pick up your the keys and you will be kindly received by them. They will assist you during the stay if you also want to practical issues and questions. In case you arrive outside office hours, there are lockers to receive the keys and store deposits at arrival. You can open the locker with the code received by Chaletsplus
